Prizes for the top JV & Varsity fundraiser
Parents:
Please ensure your player signs up and adds you to the fundraiser. Once they do you will get a text or email with a link create an account or sign in. Important: Please assist them with collecting and adding contact emails to their account. Its important to include your network of contact as well. With the help of one or two parents it should be very easy to get more than 20 contacts. The more emails the better. Only ~50% of contacts will open the email. Of that only ~10% will donate. So from 20 email you can expect only 1 donation.
With your help Snap Raise, enables use to reach beyond our community of parents that are directly connected to the lacrosse program. Unlike our other fundraisers this donation drive allows people who don't live in the Portland area to participate in helping support the team. (Parent Letter)
How it works
The fundraiser is scheduled to start on 3/16 and run for 4 weeks. At the start player contacts will be sent an email on you daughters behalf asking them to support the team with a donation. They will be directed to our Fundraiser page to make the donation. When a donation is made the contact will receive a thank you email with a receipt. All donations to Grant Girls Lacrosse are tax deductible. Over the next three week emails will be send to anyone who hasn't yet donated. Contact will not receive more than 4 emails over the course of the fundraiser.
At the end of the fundraiser the the JV and Varsity players who raised the most money will each be awarded a prize to be given out at the end of season party.
